Gonna go w/ the fam to Manhattan for 4 days in mid-May to celebrate my brother's impending graduation from law school. We have a fair amount of activities already planned, but anyone have any specific recommendations for activities/food that we absolutely should not miss?

Tomoe Sushi on Thompson Street. Sashimi lunch is a good deal. They give you huge pieces of fresh sashimi. Go a few minutes before they open so don't have to wait.

No idea what else is going on then but I'm sure there'll be lotsa cool stuff.
2nd for Shake Shack. One of the best burgers I've ever had came from that shack. Beware the long lines though...
